PI Warriors LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional training, documentation tools, membership platforms, and educational resources for licensed healthcare providers who handle personal injury cases. These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy ("Policy") govern all transactions made through crash101.com and any related checkout pages or platforms.



By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by this Policy in full. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use.



2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED

PI Warriors offers the following categories of products and services:



2.1 Digital Memberships and Subscriptions

Access to the crash101.com platform, PI Warriors membership community, training modules, documentation tools, and related digital content delivered on a subscription basis.

2.2 Online Courses and Training Programs

Standalone or bundled digital courses covering PI documentation, billing strategy, narrative writing, case management, and related professional education.

2.3 The PI Warrior Code (Free-Plus-Shipping)

The PI Warrior Code book is offered as a free-plus-shipping product. The book itself is provided at no charge. Shipping and handling fees are collected at checkout to cover fulfillment and are non-refundable once the order is placed.

2.4 Live and Virtual Events

Workshops, masterclasses, coaching calls, webinars, and in-person training events offered through PI Warriors.



3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged for that transaction.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information you supply is accurate and complete.

3.3 Recurring Billing for Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or membership, you authorize PI Warriors LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval selected at checkout (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Charges continue automatically until cancellation. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged for the upcoming period.



We will provide advance notice of any changes to your subscription price. Continued use of the subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

3.4 Free Trials

Some memberships may be offered with a free trial period. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial at the applicable subscription rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. No refund will be issued for charges that occur because you did not cancel before the trial period ended.

3.5 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation following a completed purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at info@crash101.com before assuming your order was not processed.



4. DELIVERY

4.1 Digital Products and Membership Access

Digital products, courses, and membership access are delivered electronically upon confirmation of payment. Access is typically granted immediately. If you experience any issue accessing your purchase, contact us at info@crash101.com.

4.2 The PI Warrior Code

The PI Warrior Code is shipped to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate and complete. PI Warriors LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.



5. REFUND POLICY

PI Warriors is committed to delivering high-quality, actionable professional education. The following refund terms apply by product category.



5.1 Digital Memberships and Subscriptions

All subscription and membership payments are non-refundable. Because access to digital content, tools, and the platform is granted immediately upon payment, no refunds will be issued for any current or past billing period.



You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@crash101.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. You will retain access through the end of your paid period.

5.2 Online Courses and Training Programs

Digital course purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Once you have accessed more than 20% of the content, no refund will be issued regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.



To request a refund on a course, email info@crash101.com within the 7-day window with your order number and reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 The PI Warrior Code

Because The PI Warrior Code is offered at no product cost, no product refund applies. Shipping and handling fees collected at checkout are non-refundable once the order is placed. If your book arrives damaged or is not delivered, contact us at info@crash101.com and we will work to make it right.

5.4 Live and Virtual Events

Refund eligibility for live or virtual events varies by event and will be communicated at the time of registration. General terms are as follows:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund

Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future event

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund but may receive a credit toward a future event at the Company's discretion

No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit



If PI Warriors cancels or significantly reschedules an event, registered attendees will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.

5.5 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Subscription and membership fees for any completed billing period

Shipping and handling fees for The PI Warrior Code

Digital course or training content accessed beyond the 20% threshold

Free trial periods where cancellation was not completed before the trial ended

Any purchase made during a promotional sale or at a discounted rate, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase



6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at info@crash101.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and directly.



If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, provide documentation of the transaction and delivery, suspend or terminate your account, and pursue recovery of any associated fees or losses through available legal remedies. A chargeback filed in bad faith on a transaction consistent with these Terms may be treated as fraud.



7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND ACCESS REVOCATION

PI Warriors LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke access to any or all products and services at any time if you violate these Terms, our Terms of Use, or our Affiliate Agreement. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period or unused access.



If you cancel your account voluntarily, access continues through the end of your current paid period and no partial refund will be issued for unused time.



8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to crash101.com. Your continued use of the Website or any PI Warriors product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.



9. GOVERNING LAW

PI Warriors LLC is established and organized under the laws of the State of Alaska. This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Policy are subject to the jurisdiction and venue provisions set forth in the PI Warriors Terms of Use.
